Who is responsible
This website belongs to Ralice, a one-person business run by Ihor Pysak in Delfzijl, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42107240. For anything about your data, write to hello@ralice.dev.
What I collect and why
Quote requests. When you send the form, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you write about your business, your needs and your budget. I use it to reply and to prepare a proposal, because you asked for one (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Emails. If you write to me directly, I keep the conversation so I can help you and, if we work together, so I can do the job (article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or my legitimate interest in answering you, article 6(1)(f)).
Visitor statistics. I count page views and measure how fast pages load with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They set no cookies and build no profile of you; I only see totals. I do this to keep the site useful and fast (legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs. Like every website, the hosting provider briefly records technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver the pages and keep the site secure (legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This site sets no cookies, shows no advertising, and your data is never sold. I make no automated decisions or profiles about you.
Do you have to give it?
No. You only need to give a name and an email address if you want a reply through the form. Without them I can't answer you; you can always email me instead.
Who helps me process it
Vercel hosts the website and runs the statistics. Resend delivers form messages to my inbox. Google Workspace holds my email. Some of these companies may process data in the United States; they do so under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Quote requests that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, project records and invoices are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how I use it, to object, or to receive it in a common format. Email hello@ralice.dev and I'll answer within a month. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
