# Ralice > Ralice is a one-person web studio run by Ihor Pysak. Websites on custom code, Shopify or WordPress that Google reads correctly and AI assistants can recommend. - Founder: Ihor Pysak - Location: Netherlands, working across the EU - Contact: hello@ralice.dev, replies within one working day - Website: https://ralice.dev ## Services - New website (from €750, excluding VAT; one page. Five-page sites from €2,000; usually 2 to 6 weeks): A website built from scratch around your business, with a design made for you rather than a template. I plan the pages with you, design them, help with the words, build it and put it live. Afterwards you can update it yourself. - Full redesign (from €1,500, excluding VAT; small sites. Five-page sites from €1,750; usually 2 to 5 weeks): A complete redesign of the site you have now: a new design of its own, rebuilt pages, your content moved over, and every old address redirected so the Google rankings you have are kept. - Online shop (from €2,000, excluding VAT; a small shop on a theme. Custom theme from €5,000; usually 3 to 8 weeks): A Shopify shop that takes orders from day one, built on a solid theme and shaped to your brand. I build Shopify apps too, so a feature no app offers can be written for you. - Care plan (from €49 a month, excluding VAT): Updates, daily backups, small changes and a monthly report of what was done, so the site keeps working after launch. Built on custom code (Next.js), Shopify or WordPress, whichever fits the job. Every project gets its own price. Every business works differently, so every site is priced on its own. The prices above are where projects usually start: a one-page site for a coach and a shop with 500 products are different jobs. Tell me how your business works and what you need, and within three working days you get a fixed price and a timeline. You pay half when we start and half when the site is ready to go live, and nothing gets added later unless you ask. ## Why Ralice - Your site is built for any business, not yours. Before I design anything, I learn how your business works: who your customers are, how they find you and what they ask before they buy. The site is shaped around that. - Your site looks like a template. Every site gets its own design, made for that one business: the layout, the type, the details. Even a shop on a Shopify theme is reshaped until it looks like yours. The site you are reading now is an example of the approach. - You don't own your own website. The domain, hosting, code and every account are in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you. - The price grows halfway through. You get a fixed price for a written scope before we start. The quote says whether copy and photos are included, and extra work happens only after you agree to its price. - It's slow on a phone. Fewer than half of WordPress sites pass Google's speed check on mobile (HTTP Archive, 2025). I build without page builders and test every page against that check before launch. - A redesign wipes out your Google traffic. Every old address gets a redirect to its new page, and I check search traffic for weeks after the switch. - You can't change a word without calling someone. You get a site you can edit yourself, and a short walkthrough of how. - You pay for maintenance and never see what was done. Each care plan states what is included and how quickly I act, and every month you get a report of exactly what I did. - After launch, nobody answers. You talk to me, the person who built it, and I reply within one working day. If something else on your site goes wrong, even a part I didn't build, I'll help you sort it out. ## Search and AI visibility AI assistants answer questions by reading websites, and they skip pages they can't read or don't trust. Every site I build has what they look for. - Clear answers: Each page says what you do, where, for whom and at what price, in the words people search with. - Structured data: Labels in the code that tell machines your name, services, prices, reviews and opening hours. - Speed: Pages load in under two seconds on a phone. Slow pages lose visitors first and rankings later. - Open to AI crawlers: The site lets ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI read it, and a short llms.txt file sums you up for them. - Checked every month: On the Growth and Partner plans I ask the assistants about you every month and fix whatever they get wrong. ## Care plans Websites need looking after once they're live. Prices are per month, excluding VAT. Hosting stays in your own account, you can cancel any month, and work beyond the included hours is €75 an hour. - Essential (€49 per month): For sites that mostly need to stay healthy. Includes: updates and security patches, daily backups, uptime monitoring, 30 minutes of changes, monthly report of what was done. - Growth (€129 per month): For businesses that want to be found more often. Everything in Essential, plus: 2 hours of changes, monthly speed, search and AI check, changes done within two working days. - Partner (€249 per month): For shops and sites that change every week. Everything in Growth, plus: 4 hours of changes, urgent problems picked up within four working hours, a monthly call about what to improve next. ## How a project runs 1. Call: Half an hour about how your business works, what the site has to do and what it may cost. Free. 2. Proposal: A fixed price, a timeline and exactly what's included, within three working days. 3. Design: You review the real pages in your browser and we adjust them together. 4. Build and launch: I build it, test it on phones, tablets and computers, set up search and analytics, and put it live. 5. Care: If you want, I keep looking after it on a monthly care plan. ## Questions ### How long does a website take? A one-page site takes one to two weeks, a site of about five pages four to six, a shop three to eight. The biggest factor is usually how quickly texts and photos are ready, so I tell you early what I need from you. ### What do I need to prepare? Whatever you have: your logo, texts, photos, examples of sites you like, and access to your domain and current site. If you're missing words, I help write them. If you need photos, the proposal says how we'll get them. ### Do I own the website? Yes. The domain, hosting and accounts are in your name from the start, and the copyright in the design and code passes to you once the project is paid. If you ever want to work with someone else, you take everything with you. ### What does it cost to keep a site running? That depends on the platform: hosting, the domain, and for shops the Shopify plan and any paid apps. Every proposal lists these running costs before you decide, so there are no surprises later. ### Can you improve my current site instead of starting over? Often, yes. Sometimes a few fixes to speed, texts and structure are enough; sometimes a redesign is cheaper in the long run. After a look at your site I'll tell you honestly which one makes sense. ### Will my site show up on Google and in ChatGPT? Nobody can promise a position in Google or a mention by an AI assistant, so be careful with anyone who does. What I can promise is a site that search engines and AI assistants can read, understand and trust. How far it gets then depends on your content, your competition and time. ### Do you work with businesses outside the Netherlands? Yes, across the EU. Viktoria's practice, for example, is in Germany. ### What if something breaks after launch? Write to me and I reply within one working day. For 30 days after launch I fix what I built at no cost, and after that a care plan covers it. I'll also help with parts of your site I didn't build. ## Work - [Ralice](https://ralice.app): B2B ordering app for Shopify stores: quick order, price lists, reorders.
